Any user visiting or using BharatRental.in must read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• 1. Eligibility
  Users must be 18 years of age or above to register and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
• 2. WhatsApp Mobile Number Registration & Verification
  Registration on BharatRental.in requires a valid WhatsApp-enabled mobile number. An OTP or activation code may be sent via WhatsApp (Meta platform) for verification.
  
  You confirm that:
  • The WhatsApp number belongs to you
  • You are authorized to use the number for registration
  BharatRental.in is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect, inactive, or inaccessible mobile numbers.
• 3. WhatsApp Communication Consent
  By registering, you expressly consent to receive WhatsApp messages from BharatRental.in including:
  • OTP and account verification messages
  • Property enquiry notifications
  • Account and service-related updates
  We do not send unsolicited spam. Promotional communication, if any, will be limited and relevant, and users may opt out where applicable.
• 4. Email Verification for Viewing Contact Details
  To protect user privacy and prevent misuse of contact information, BharatRental.in may require users to verify their email address before viewing property owner contact details.
  
  A verification email containing a secure link may be sent. Contact details will not be displayed until the email address is successfully verified.
• 5. Property Listings
  Users may list properties only if they are the owner or have proper authorization. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the property information submitted.
  
  Prohibited content includes:
  • Fake, misleading, or duplicate listings
  • Listings without owner or authorized consent
  • Illegal, abusive, or deceptive content
  BharatRental.in reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice.
• 6. Use of Contact Information
  Contact details displayed on the platform are provided solely for genuine property-related communication.
  
  Users agree not to collect, store, misuse, distribute, or use contact information for spam, marketing, commercial solicitation, or unlawful purposes.
  
  Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
• 7. Data Privacy & Security
  Personal information including mobile numbers and email addresses is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. BharatRental.in does not sell or misuse user data.
• 8. Account Suspension or Termination
  BharatRental.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in misuse, false information, policy violations, or unlawful activity, without prior notice.
• 9. Limitation of Liability
  BharatRental.in acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction. Users are advised to independently verify property details.
• 10. Search Engine Visibility
  Property listings may appear on search engines. BharatRental.in does not guarantee removal of listings from third-party search results after deletion.
• 11. Changes to Terms
  BharatRental.in may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
• 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
• 13. User Consent
  By registering or using BharatRental.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
